United Arts of Central Florida has announced the recipients of its February cycle of Mini-Grants, Arts Learning Mini-Grants and Diverse Programming Grants. Seven organizations were awarded Mini-Grants totaling $8,400; five organizations were awarded $5,050 for the Arts Learning Mini-Grant; and three organizations received $3,500 in Diverse Programming Grants.
This cycle’s Mini-Grant recipients include: Caribbean American Association of Lake County, Central Florida Watercolor Society, Cultural Fusion, Emotions Dance, Goldsboro West Side Community, Historical Association, Ozilly Connections, Women in the Arts.
This cycle’s Arts Learning Mini-Grants recipients are: Chance 2 Dance, Child of this Culture Foundation, Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida, Timucua Arts Foundation Orchestra.
This cycle’s Diverse Programming Grants recipients are: Downtown Arts District, Orlando Fringe, Orlando Museum of Art.
Besides this United Arts is now also accepting applications for the next cycle of Mini-Grants. The next application deadline is May 1, 2018. The maximum grant award is $2,500 per organization per year.
