According to the eligiblity criterior, one must have an addimission to a university for the master’s program before the person qualifies to apply for this scholarship. To be honest, sometimes even the money to purchase the admission form isnt easy for some of us. Far more pay the addmission fees to be admitted and matriculated. If you can have an alternative for those who qualify but have not yet been admitted to apply, you will be surprise to have even more bighter but needy students applying. Thank you
