Twilio.org is committing $2 million in grant funding for organizations that operate crisis lines for people impacted by COVID-19. They want to help nonprofits and NGOs build and scale the next generation of crisis support services. If you work on a hotline or helpline that supports people in crisis as a result of COVID-19, they encourage you to apply for a grant.

To qualify for the Twilio.org $500 kickstarter credit and discounted pricing, you must be a 501(c)(3) organization or your domestic equivalent, or a B Corp or social enterprise committed to creating a positive social impact. Expanded eligibility for Covid-19 response
To respond to communication needs surrounding COVID-19, they have expanded eligibility for the Impact Access program to include volunteer groups and companies working on COVID-19 response and recovery. To be eligible for the Impact Access program, your activities should be in service of public benefit.
