Applications Open for CIPESA-ICT4Democracy Media Fellowship Programme!

Deadline: 1 September 2018

Applications are open for the ‘CIPESA-ICT4Democracy Media Fellowship Programme’ to raise media understanding of, and its effective and consistent reporting of ICT-for-Democracy issues in East Africa.
