Applications Open for Future Forward Skills Fund Program!

Deadline: 10 January 2018

Applicants are invited to apply for the Future Forward Skills Fund program to catalyse market-based employability solutions that address the aspirations of India’s young workforce and make them future-ready.

The Future Forward Skills Mission is a multi-donor partnership initiated by UK India Business Council (UKIBC) and anchored by Tata Trusts. Future Forward Skills Mission is a unique initiative to identify, support and amplify employability solutions through strategic Funding, focused Research and meaningful Dialogues.

While scale is critical, the Fund is focused on optimum scale solutions that meet its outcome and impact standards. While economic prudence is a valuable trait, cost per trainee is not a decisive metric.

  • The total amount that will be disbursed in the first round of the Fund is Rs. 2.5 Crores. The Selection Panel will decide the quantum to be awarded based on the work plan and budget submitted as part of the application.
  • Funding will be disbursed in 3-4 tranches and will be monitored.
