USAID/Moldova: NOFO to implement Civil Society Resiliency Activity

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in USAID/Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova would like to announce a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) to implement Moldova Civil Society Resiliency Activity.

This activity aims to increase the resiliency of Moldovan civil society by enhancing the ability of civil society organizations (CSOs) to engage with constituents and diversify their resource base. The activity will broadly define civil society to include not only well-established, registered CSOs but also unregistered civic groups, issues-based groups and civic movements.

USAID intends to award one assistance award pursuant to this NOFO. Subject to funding availability, USAID / Moldova intends to provide up to $ 1,500,000 in total USAID funding over no more than a five-year period.
