U.S. Embassy in Burundi Call for proposals: Julia Taft Refugee Fund 2017/2018

The Embassy of the United States of America in Burundi has announced a call for proposals for the Julia Taft Refugee Fund 2017/2018 whose purpose is to support one time projects addressing important gaps in refugee and returnee protection and assistance in Burundi.

The Julia Taft Fund supports community-based projects that provide sustainable assistance to refugees, internally displaced persons, vulnerable migrants and stateless persons. Each year, the Taft Fund awards grants up to $25,000 for projects that respond to issues that have not been addressed by larger multilateral refugee programs.

Funding Information

The maximum budget per project proposal is $25,000.
