The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking applications for Challenge Prize Competition to provide an opportunity to young talented individuals to use innovative and creative approaches to promote, interpret or re-interpret and preserve intangible cultural heritage of Kosovo and its multi-ethnic character.

The “Challenge Prize Competition”initiative aim is to encourage young, talented individuals to develop innovative ideas on promotion and preservation of cultural heritage.

This activity will enable these individuals to provide alternative views to what they consider culture and heritage, a space to re-imagine cultural heritage and express their artistic capabilities, as well as to create a body of work which enriches the mainstream understanding of cultural heritage and alter how people interact with cultural heritage.

Eligibility Criteria

The interested individuals applying to this call must meet the following eligibility and qualification criteria to be considered for the selection:

Note: Up to two (2) individuals can apply with one (1) project idea/application. Preferably applications to be submitted in English language. Should the applications are submitted in either Albanian or Serbian languages, as such will be accepted but the applicant should be prepared to provide translation of the main project document in English.
