IIM Lucknow – SIDBI Centre for Innovations in Financial Inclusion (SCIFI) is organizing a Management Development Program (MDP) as a Capacity Building initiative of SCIFI on Strengthening Agripreneurs For Promoting Agri Value Chains during December 19-21, 2021 at IIM Lucknow campus.

This  program is structured as an intensive 3 days  dedicated for Agri Stratups, Budding Entrepreneurs in agri space & Farmers Producers Organizations (FPO’s). This MDP program is curated to provide the participants in various skills that are required to effectively lead the venture. This programs consist of an intensive sessions taken by IIM Lucknow Faculty members and domain experts of the Industry and many other experimental learnings.

Objectives

The present program systematically illustrates a range of concepts, analytical tools, and methodologies which, in turn, can be used to design, prepare, implement, assess, and evaluate agribusiness development initiatives. It presents and comments on various conceptual, methodological, and practical approaches to improving the competitiveness of agricultural supply and value chains.

The program has been especially designed for social entrepreneurs and members of development community involved in agribusiness ventures with practical methods for creating effective value and supply chain development programs. The practitioners can use these methods and approaches to promote the development of traditional and non-traditional agri-value chains in their area of operations.
