The European Commission is inviting proposals under the Twinning Agri-Statistics initiative. The goal is to strengthen the capacity of the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) to better align and harmonize national agricultural statistics with European Union standards and best practices.
The project will focus on aligning agricultural statistics with EU Integrated Farm Statistics standards and meeting data requirements. It also aims to improve data exchange and coordination, which will support more effective monitoring, evaluation, and policy-making in the agriculture sector.
The total funding available for this initiative is EUR 850,000, and the maximum duration of the project is 24 months.
Eligibility is restricted to Public Administrations and Mandated Bodies of EU Member States, as outlined in the European Union’s Twinning Manual. Applications must be submitted through the Member States’ National Contact Points.
