The United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan, within the framework of the project “Conservation and Sustainable Management of Key Globally Significant Ecosystems for Various Benefits”, announces a national competition for legal entities on: “Providing Services to Improve the Wildlife Monitoring System and Build Capacity for Hunting Regulatory Issues”.

The proposed methods of implementation services
The service provider must describe how it will fulfill the requirements of the technical specifications; providing a detailed description of the main characteristics / performance indicators, ongoing reporting and quality assurance mechanisms, as well as justification of the appropriateness of the proposed methods in the context of local conditions and type of work.
Place of execution
At the location of the service provider on business trips according to the statement of work, Republic of Kazakhstan
Duration: 10 months from the date of signing the contract.
Key Personnel Qualifications
At the request of the RFP, the Service Provider must submit:
- The names and qualifications of the key personnel who will provide the services, indicating the team leader and support staff;
- A summary of prospective employees, indicating professional
- qualifications should be provided at the request of the RFP; and
- Written confirmation from each employee that they are available at
- during the entire term of the contract.
Evaluation Criteria
Compliance with Administrative Requirements
- Consent with the UNDP General Terms and Conditions, with the format UNDP contract;
- Providing a profile – a description of the nature of the activity;
- Provision of legal documents for conducting business -registration documents, taxpayer certificate, etc.;
- Providing financial reports for the last 2018-2019. -certificates of absence of debts in serviced banks, tax and other bodies;
- Reputation – table / list of customers for similar services for last 6 years required by UNDP, description of contract objectives, duration, name of the contract, customer contacts;
- Own written declaration that the company is not located in UN Security Council list 1267/1989; UN Procurement Division list or other UN disqualification lists;
- The presence of qualified personnel with experience (copies diplomas, resumes, certificates, etc.).
- Written confirmation of the availability of material and technical, methodological, regulatory and software for performance of work.
