• Civil Non-Profit Companies established by June 30, 2025

• Organizations must be registered in the Register of Cultural Organizations

• Each organization may submit up to two proposals, with a maximum of one selected proposal

Registration Requirements

To register, entities must submit:

• Founding statute in PDF format

• Solemn declaration of the legal representative

• Certificate of non-amendment of statutes

• Minutes of the Board of Directors or administrative bodies

• Registry printout from the AADE website

Optional but recommended: artistic and financial reports and a business plan with the legal representative’s seal and signature
