Deadline: 05-Jan-2026

The Multicultural Infrastructure and Security Program (MISP) aims to support Victoria’s multicultural and multifaith community organisations in maintaining and upgrading their community facilities while creating safe and secure spaces to celebrate and share their rich history and traditions.

The program focuses on maintaining, upgrading, and securing multicultural community infrastructure to foster inclusion, cultural expression, and community safety.

Grants of up to $400,000 per project are available to help organisations strengthen their infrastructure and ensure that their community facilities remain welcoming, resilient, and well-equipped to host cultural and religious activities. The funding is designed to help organisations improve their community spaces through eligible activities that align with the program’s aims.

To qualify, applicants must satisfy all eligibility criteria, including organisational eligibility, alignment of grant activities with the objectives of MISP, and submission of all mandatory documentation. Only applications meeting all eligibility requirements will advance to the merit assessment stage for funding consideration.

Through this initiative, Victoria continues to demonstrate its commitment to fostering diversity, safety, and inclusion by empowering multicultural and multifaith communities to preserve their cultural identity and traditions in secure, modern, and vibrant community environments.
