Applications are now open for Antler India Founders Program, a dedicated program for their portfolio founders to learn, build, share and accelerate.
With a community-first approach, the program brings together founders to peer-problem-solve and learn from some of the best minds in the industry. The program is conducted over a period of a few weeks, remotely.
They believe that the highest impact for founders at the earliest stage is a combination of community, network, and shared learning.
The program is a short, value-packed module that will bring together a set of portfolio founders, for a cohort-based learning experience, supplemented by workshops, brainstorming sessions and peer-problem solving groups.
Before they launched Antler India, they surveyed over 1,000 founders and identified key need-gaps at the earliest stage:
- Common mistakes in user research and idea validation
- In-depth product benchmarking and MVP iterations
- Key metrics for the first 100 days post product-launch
- Mentors and experts to bridge domain gaps
Aims and Objectives
The Founders Program is designed specifically to address these needs:
- They are building a founder community first. Founders come together to hold each other accountable for week-on-week progress and peer problem solving, shortening iterations from months to days.
- They get their hands dirty with expert-led workshops in areas underserved by the ecosystem: including design principles, no-code MVPs, metrics setting for product-market fit, and product-led growth.
- Startups are marathons, not sprints. They want to prepare you for the long haul, not just the near-term benchmark. They bring masterclasses with some of the best founders in India who have ‘gone the whole mile’ to share the building blocks of longevity – from culture to value-setting, from vision to the critical ingredients of founder personal growth and mental wellness.
Funding Information
- Antler India will select and fund founders in the range of USD 175,000 to USD 250,000 at the earliest stages.
Eligibility Criteria
- Antler India is accepting applications from founders and founding teams tackling deep, ambitious problem statements.
- If you are a founder grappling with an ambitious problem statement with a unique insight, they want you to apply. Their only requirements:
- You have high conviction in one ambitious idea and want to build, or are building a startup around that idea.
- You have taken some time to validate your idea and insight (for example: user research, stakeholder conversations, prototype, MVP experiments).
- Ideally, you have not raised any institutional funding (VC funding). This excludes bootstrapping, friends and family, or angel investors.
