Applications are now open for the Dare to Do More Program, a graduate scheme from PepsiCo, which offers you the opportunity to fast-track your career within a leading global brand. The graduate program is a two year (three year for UK) accelerated training initiative aimed to develop specific positions within the company.
Join the Dare to Do More Challenge to compete for one of several international graduate program positions to kickstart your career at PepsiCo by pitching your own creative idea to industry experts! You will also gain from the benefit of an expert mentor, regular meet-up sessions and special events to further enhance your skill-set.
They are looking for innovation and creativity, with someone who thinks outside of the box. This is not a challenge judged by the contents of your CV!

Eligibility Criteria
- You are
- A final year student, recent graduate, or professional with up to three years of work experience
- A fluent English speaker (local languages required in some countries)
- Available for 2 years for the full time position, or 3 years for the UK graduate program
- Innovative, passionate and creative
- You need
- Full-time availability to join their graduate program in September 2022 (UK Sep 2023)
- The eligibility to work in the country for which you are applying.
Deadlines
- Belgium: The application phase will end May 23rd.
- Netherlands: The application phase will end May 23rd.
- Turkey: The application phase will end June 8th.
- Poland: The application phase will end May 31st.
- Serbia: The application phase will end May 31st.
