Applications are now open for the INNOVA UP’s Program for Acceleration and Acceleration of Business that aims to support the development and acceleration of technological and non-technological base ventures, which are innovative and with high potential for scaling, through a proposal based on pre-acceleration, mentorship, networking for financing, commercial management, legal and financial advice, acceleration and capital raising.
This program is implemented in the framework of the Activities of the project “Dynamization of the Ecosystem of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Bolivia” administered by CAINCO through its Innovation Agency “Santa Cruz INNOVA”, the same one that has the financing of the IDB Lab.
Santa Cruz Innova invites you to be part of an experience that summons startups, entrepreneurs and companies from Bolivia and the world to take off their businesses with a global approach.
Objectives
- The general objective of the pre-acceleration and business acceleration program is to identify the best business proposals and technologies to execute pre-acceleration actions and/or acceleration, leading to the development of successful businesses, oriented to innovative startups with risk projects and high growth potential in Bolivia and globally, that are in early and/or advanced stages of development, at least at a prototype level or already with sales recurring and expansion plans.
- Specific Objectives
- The specific objectives pursued by the Pre-Acceleration and Business Acceleration Program his:
- Guide the development of new business proposals that meet needs and challenges products present in the market, ensuring the demonstrable commercial opportunity, validating the assumptions made initially.
- Accelerate those value propositions that best respond to consumer needs and the market in general.
- Develop feasible business models and supported in the fulfillment of the objectives before indicated.
- Validate the submitted proposals and accelerate them to a state where they can be scaled and recipients of private and/or public capital.
- Strengthen the link between national and international entrepreneurs to promote and increase the network of commercial contacts in favor of the supported projects.
- Train the entrepreneurial teams and participating companies in the distinctions. techniques. tools and methods of work and management of companies with high growth potential.
- Link entrepreneurial teams and participating companies with value networks in the field commercial. technological, financial and investment at the regional level (LATAM).

Eligibility Criteria
- Natural people
- Bolivian or foreign natural persons over 18 years of age who apply individually or in representation of an entrepreneurial team. If you are a foreigner, you must have legal residence in Bolivia. Not having a criminal record, neither the legal representative nor the partners.
- Legal persons
- They correspond to Bolivian legal persons constituted in accordance with Bolivian regulations.
