Nominations are now open for The Recognitions “Barcelona Never Stops” Awards, organized by Bizbarcelona with the support of the Saló de l’Ocupació and will have a group of experts linked to entrepreneurship to select the best initiatives.
An initiative by Bizbarcelona, the Saló de l’Ocupació and Barcelona Activa to highlight the work of SMEs, organizations and entrepreneurs who have stood out during 2020-2021 in the application of innovation and talent in the transformation of their businesses.
Bizbarcelona and the Saló de l’Ocupació celebrate a new edition with the aim of promoting the reactivation of entrepreneurship, business and job opportunities, focusing on innovation and talent as engines of transformation and guarantee of the future for the generation of economic activity and occupation.
Categories
- Innovation in management: Applied in some area of its activity: new lines of business (with products, services or applications) to adapt to the situation or to look for opportunities, or new methods and processes (marketing, commercialization, distribution or promotion) to contact with potential customers.
- Innovation with social impact: Business projects and innovations whose purpose is not mainly to increase profits, which have a positive impact on the environment (people working in the organization, neighborhood, society).
- Talent that transforms: Strategies to attract, retain or improve people’s talent or to incorporate new types of talent (inclusive, female, technological…).
Eligibility Criteria
- As indicated in the previous section, any citizen, Organizations, entrepreneurs, self-employed persons, SMEs and companies that are located in Barcelona / Catalonia and that during the 2020/2021 period have created an initiative as indicated in the description of the Acknowledgments.
- You can participate in 4 categories depending on who has done the initiative:
- Citizenship or collective
- Entrepreneur / Startups
- Self-employed or SMEs
- Companies
