Submissions are now open for ASEAN Risk Awards 2022.
Since its first awards in 2016, ARA has awarded numerous world-class organizations across major countries in Southeast Asia for their superiority in risk management, governance, technology advancement, innovation, social contribution, and more.
They sincerely hope that companies across Southeast Asia see this awarding event as an opportunity to benchmark their achievements and contributions against other companies as well as inspire others to drive advancement in Southeast Asia.
Categories
Organization: Six categories will be awarded to organizations. These categories are: Risk Champion, GRC Award, Risk Innovation, Risk Technology, Public Initiative, and Risk Educator. Further, organization entries will also be divided based on organization scale:
- Category 1 with sales turnover less than USD 75 million or less than 200 employees
- Category 2 with sales turnover more than USD 75 million or more than 200 employees
Individual: Previously known as Risk Leader of The Year, the individual category will still be present this year with the new name of Risk Professional of The Year.
- Risk Champion: This award is presented to the organization that has proven itself to be able to lead ground-breaking Risk Management approach that tackles the challenges and exploit opportunities in today’s world.
- GRC Award: This award recognizes organizations with outstanding capability in embracing the challenges of integrating Good Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance in their organizations.
- Risk Innovation: As innovation leads us to a better world, we are delighted to discover companies that have contributed to the advancement of Risk Management knowledge and practice by finding new ways in its implementation.
- Risk Technology: Risk Technology is given for consulting firms for utilizing or inventing new technology to deliver a seamless Risk Management practices.
- Public Initiative: This award is presented to the organization that has demonstrated the most success in developing a product or innovation of any kind, in public sector area, that is focusing to help many citizens to live a better life.
- Risk Educator: They are also in search for the most innovative risk educator in Southeast Asia. This award will be given to the organization that has invented and implemented new, innovative ways to learn Risk Management.
- Risk Professional of The Year: The aspects that need to be recognized in this individual include the ability to effectively communicate the importance of Risk Management within the corporate structure, the ability to seek innovative approaches for solving complex problems, and the possession of outstanding leadership skills & ability to help others develop quality Risk Management programs.
Eligibility Criteria
The ASEAN Risk Awards 2022 is open to all organizations and individuals with a formal and legal presence in Southeast Asia.
Criteria
There is no limit to the number of nomination entries or the number of categories you may submit and enter.
- The organizer assumes that all entries are original and have been granted an official permission from the nominated organization and/or individuals. In the event that a nomination is entered without such rights, the entrant will not be eligible for the awards evaluation.
- The ASEAN Risk Awards is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
- The work and credentials that are submitted to the Awards must have been in place for at least part of the 2022 calendar year.
- The nomination form and the supporting information will be the sole bases for the nomination.
- Nomination entries are only accepted through the available online nomination form. All nominations received through any other form will not be considered
- Additional Terms for Individual Participants
- The candidate does not need to practice the risk management full time, but the candidate must be a full-time employee of the organization for which he or she practices risk management.
- The candidate may be nominated by anyone familiar with his or her work, such as a superior, a risk management staff, a colleague from another company, or broker, insurer as well as service supplier.
