Applications are open for the British Embassy Tel Aviv International Programme in Israel.
The main global strategic themes of the fund are, democratic values and the rule of law, the rules-based international order and human rights for a stable world.
Proposals will be accepted from civil society, commercial organisations, governments, think tanks and international organisations.
Priority Areas
Priority will be given to the specific issues below:
- Gaza. The UK government remains extremely concerned by the situation in Gaza. They would welcome project proposals which aim to improve the socio-economic situation in Gaza, in particular, projects which aim to work with the Israeli authorities to improve movement and access.
- Minors in detention. They also continue to have concerns about some aspects of the treatment of Palestinian minors in detention. They would welcome project proposals which aim to work with the Israeli authorities to address these concerns, focused on practical, pragmatic improvements to process and policy.
