Projects from any country in the world can participate. Dances of different types can participate. Authors from any country and over 18. Group proposals may also be submitted. Intercontinental Biennial artists with new projects. Intercontinental Biennial artists with non-winning projects.
All projects received will be subject to a selection process. The projects selected in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee. Out of the group of selected projects, finalist projects are chosen. The winning projects in the competition will be selected from the shortlist. The projects selected, finalists and winners will be recognized at the official recognition ceremony. All projects received will be subject to a selection process. The selection of works will be the responsibility of the organizing committee.
Only the selected projects, finalists and winners will be presented during official activities in Panama. Selected projects participate in the presentation in all countries they reach. Their global tour includes countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
Any objection foreseen or not in the bases will be resolved by the Biennial definitively and without appeal. Participants should submit the following information: Project description in doc, docx or PDF file, including author or authors of the dance, a short description of the project, and a link to YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, or any other platform where the dance, reel, or presentation can be viewed.
Images of the dance should be attached in a folder, including photos from previous presentations, and then compressed into a zip or rar format. Participants must use the designated form to submit their projects, ensuring that file extensions are correct. If the project information exceeds 8MB, they can use file transfer applications such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or WeTransfer and notify the Organizing Committee by email.
Participants should enter their first and last name, email, project description including the name of the group of authors, project details, country, characteristics, and URLs. Images of the dance and previous presentations should be attached, compressed into zip or rar format.
Once the information has been received, participants will receive a confirmation email and should add the committee’s email to their address book to avoid communications going to spam.
The deadline for submission is November 2, 2025. The announcement of selected projects will take place on November 7, 2025, and the announcement of award-winning projects will be on November 15, 2025. Presentations and exhibition will occur from February 20 to February 28, 2026.
