The U.S. Embassy is seeking applications for its 2017 Study of the United States Institutes for Student leaders on Social Entrepreneurship. This undergraduate level, four-week academic program provides students with an overview of how to employ entrepreneurship skills to address social issues.
The institute will review the development, history, challenges, and successes of social enterprises and community leaders, in the United States and globally.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should be undergraduate students or have at least one semester left of their undergraduate studies and be between 18 and 25 years of age.
- They should demonstrate active involvement in social entrepreneurship, possess strong leadership qualities and be actively involved in their universities and communities.
- Applicants should be proficient in English and have a sustained high level of academic achievement, as indicated by grades, awards, and teacher recommendations.
