The World Environment Day is celebrated each year on 5th June in order to inspire more people than ever before to take action to prevent the growing strain on planet Earth’s natural systems from reaching the breaking point.
The theme for the World Environment Day 2017 “Connecting People to Nature” implores us to get outdoors and into nature, to appreciate its beauty and its importance, and to take forward the call to protect the Earth that we share.
