The National Democratic Institute (NDI) and Stanford University are seeking applicants for its Civic Tech Leadership Program in order to identify and cultivate the next generation of tech-savvy leaders, while expanding opportunities for individuals to gain 21st century skills and engage in cross-cultural collaboration.

Winning teams will travel to Silicon Valley and Washington DC to meet with experts in the field.
Eligibility Criteria
- Individual & Group Applications
- Individual applicants who are admitted to the Civic Tech Leadership Program will be matched with other applicants to form a 4-member team.
- Group applications can have 2, 3 or 4 people. Each applicant within the group must meet the minimum eligibility requirements. Groups with 2 or 3 members which are admitted to the virtual exchange will be matched with other applicants to form a 4-member team.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Country of origin: Citizen of the below mentioned countries.
- Age: 20-30
- Language: Fluent in English or Arabic. Please note that bilingual proficiency is not required. Interpretation services will be provided as necessary.
- Internet Access: Access to a device capable of connecting to the internet.
