The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is launching a short-term intervention under its Crisis Response and Stabilization Programme in Lebanon. The initiative focuses on improving relationships between the Internal Security Forces (ISF) and local communities through structured communication, dialogue, and participatory engagement.

Role of Selected NGO/CSO
The selected organization will act as the Responsible Party and will:
- Implement all field activities
- Coordinate with UNDP and ISF
- Manage stakeholder engagement
- Ensure reporting and documentation
- Deliver outputs within the short implementation period

- Prior projects valued at USD 50,000 or more
- Demonstrated capacity in community-based programming

The assignment does not support:
- Infrastructure or construction
- Commercial or profit-making activities

- Research-only projects without implementation
- Fundraising campaigns
- Activities outside the defined geographic scope
