Project Overview: Participatory Community Planning Workshop

WFP is seeking humanitarian organizations and state bodies in Haiti that can lead Participatory Community Planning (PCP) workshops in the commune of L’Azile in the Department of Nippes. These workshops will serve as a foundation for asset rehabilitation and livelihood strengthening projects, with a focus on sustainable development.

  2. Livelihoods: Supporting cash and voucher assistance to enhance economic resilience.

  3. WASH and Environment: Focusing on the protection of natural resources, addressing environmental pollution, and implementing climate action strategies.

Project Goal

The immediate goal of this project is to conduct Participatory Community Planning workshops in the 1st Nan Paul and 2nd Changeux communal sections in L’Azile. These workshops will engage local communities in identifying priority resilience-building interventions and set the stage for integrated proposals aimed at creating community assets in the region.
