The World Food Programme (WFP), in collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Government of Chad, is implementing an evidence generation and post-distribution monitoring (PDM) intervention under the Haguina Initiative. This intervention aims to support refugee and host communities in Chad in becoming more self-reliant and resilient.

1. Who is eligible to provide services?
Qualified service providers with experience in household surveys, monitoring and evaluation, and food security assessments in humanitarian contexts.

2. What is the geographic scope of the intervention?
Surveys will be conducted across Logone Oriental, Batha, Sila, Mandoul, Ennedi-Est, Ouaddai, and Moyen-Chari regions in Chad.

3. What data will be collected?
Data will include resilience, food security, household well-being, and indicators for compliance with WFP principles of accountability, gender equality, and protection.

4. How will survey results be used?
Results will inform program adjustments, assess assistance effectiveness, guide policy and planning, and contribute to donor accountability.
