Call for Proposal: Rural Voices 2030 Projects that amplify Rural Perspectives

CFPs: Supporting Civil Society’s role in advancing Human Rights and promoting Non-Discrimination across Georgia

Deadline: 20-Oct-2025

Civil society organisations in the Czech Republic, Estonia, and France now have a unique opportunity to bring rural voices to the forefront through the Rural Voices 2030 call for proposals.

This initiative supports innovative projects that aim to amplify the perspectives of young people living in rural areas by engaging them in educational, cultural, artistic, and communication-based activities.

The call is designed to empower rural youth by giving them the tools and platforms to express their views, strengthen their identities, and contribute to their communities. Projects should encourage inclusive citizenship and address the challenges rural youth face, while also highlighting their potential as agents of change within society.

Eligible organisations must have a proven track record in managing similar projects over the past two years and operate with an annual budget below €150,000. This ensures that the funding supports grassroots organisations working closely with rural communities and with a genuine understanding of their needs.

Grants available for each project range from €22,000 to €27,000, with the funding covering up to 90% of the total project cost. Selected projects will run for a period of 12 to 15 months, providing ample time to design and implement impactful initiatives.
