Camden Council’s Community Grants Program in Australia

VM ImPact - Community Grants Programme (Jamaica)

Deadline: 25-Aug-2025

Camden Council is offering funding through its Community Grants Program to support projects proposed by not-for-profit community groups and organisations. The aim is to assist initiatives that benefit the local community.

Grants are available across several categories, including Community Wellbeing, Art and Culture, Social Inclusion, Environment and Sustainability, Sport and Recreation, and Minor Works.

Each grant can provide up to $6,500 in funding.

To be eligible, organisations must be not-for-profit or registered charities and either be incorporated or have an incorporated sponsor. Projects must take place within the Camden Local Government Area or serve a community where at least 75% of participants are from Camden. Applicants must have no outstanding debts to the Council and must have acquitted any previous grants, except those from the last 12 months. Public liability insurance of at least $20 million is also required.
