The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is calling for proposals for Case study on strengthening planning, coordination and capacity at district level.

The key objective of this assignment is to describe and analyse the planning and coordination system, as well as relevant capacity of public servants, across the Eastern Cape District Municipalities, Eastern Cape provincial government and other 3 national DDM Pilot Districts, in relation to the development of long-term District Development Model (DDM) One Plans, to evaluate it against the challenges and critiques, and then to propose actions to be adopted in the future.
