The United Nations Development Programme in Lao PDR is pleased to announce a call for proposals aimed at strengthening the capacities of national Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) to conduct research using PAR technique, produce a report and implement 1-3 actions from the report to improve the access and quality of public services for vulnerable groups.

The UNDP is offering grants to 8 Non-Profit Organizations to improve access to public services for vulnerable communities through research and action.

This initiative forms part of a broader effort to improve access to essential public services for vulnerable populations across the Lao PDR and align public service delivery with the needs and priorities of communities. The call focuses on empowering NPOs to serve as advocates, researchers, and Implementers of practical solutions to development challenges at the local level.

The goal is to conduct research using the PAR technique, produce a report mentioning recommendations and identifying possible actions, and implement 1-3 actions from the report to improve the access and quality of public services for vulnerable groups. Successful proposals will:
