City of Clarence Quick Response Grants Program – Australia

Canada Fund for Local Initiatives – Republic of Congo

Deadline: 30-Sep-2025

The City of Clarence is currently inviting applications for its Quick Response Grants Program. This grant program is designed as a strategic investment tool to help the community align with the council’s priorities and vision, as outlined in the Strategic Plan and associated strategies.

The goal of the program is to support initiatives and projects that offer positive and lasting contributions to the Clarence community. This includes efforts that promote connected, resilient, and inclusive communities, as well as those that encourage community engagement, healthy and active lifestyles, cultural and creative expression, a thriving local economy, public safety, and sustainable practices.

There are two funding streams available. Youth Assistance Grants offer up to $250, while general grants for projects, events, and activities can receive up to $500.

Certain activities are not eligible for funding. These include political activities, events meant solely for profit or personal gain, funding for trophies or awards, operational expenses of the applying group or organization, activities that have already started before funding approval, and school class excursions or camps. Additional ineligibility rules may apply depending on the funding stream.

To qualify, individuals must be permanent residents of Clarence. If under 18, a parent or guardian must co-sign the application. For teams with three or more players from Clarence, funding may be capped to maintain equity across applicants. Not-for-profit organizations, clubs, and community groups are also eligible, as long as their proposed project clearly benefits the local Clarence community.
