Call for Proposals: Supporting Community-Led Solutions for Social Cohesion in Montenegro

Deadline: 15-Oct-2025

The Miller Homes Community Fund is an initiative designed to empower local groups and organisations that work towards making a positive impact in their communities.

This funding opportunity aims to support projects that enhance the lives of residents and contribute to the overall well-being and development of neighbourhoods across the UK.

Through this fund, eligible community groups can apply for grants ranging from a minimum of £250 to a maximum of £2,000. The funding can be used in various ways to address local needs, encourage community participation, and deliver meaningful change. Miller Homes places particular emphasis on projects that promote education, wellbeing, environmental sustainability, and sports engagement — key areas that help build vibrant and resilient communities.

Each organisation may submit one application per year, and all applicants must be UK-registered with a valid UK bank account. Individuals and members of the public cannot apply on behalf of groups or charities, and funding will not be provided for profit-making ventures, political causes, or religious activities unless they deliver clear community benefits.

Successful applicants will receive a one-off payment of up to £2,000, which must be used within six months for the purposes outlined in their original proposal. Recipients are required to demonstrate how the grant was used and the positive outcomes achieved. Applications are assessed based on the goals of the initiative, the difference it will make within the community, and the overall impact of the proposed activities.

The Miller Homes Community Fund underscores the organisation’s ongoing commitment to supporting grassroots initiatives and helping communities thrive. By providing resources and recognition to dedicated local groups, Miller Homes aims to foster environments where people can live, learn, and grow together.
