Nominations are now open for 2021 Citizen of the Year to honor someone in the Capital region who has shown exceptional leadership, performance in several areas of community service over many years, and for contributing to the general benefit of the Greater Concord community.
The nominee does not have to be a member of the Chamber or the business community. No awards will be given posthumously
Criteria
- The candidate:

- Participates in activities that make a positive difference in the community and their quality of life.
- Demonstrates exceptional ethical qualities and strives to improve and preserve the community.
- Shows great citizenship and volunteer spirit spanning several years.
- Your nomination must include a statement highlighting the candidate’s qualifications for the award, written by one of the nominators.
- Please include any additional documentation to support nomination if necessary, (e.g., information about awards received, press releases or news articles citing community involvement, candidate’s resume, etc.) using the Supporting Documentation button at the end of the submission form.
- Please use a personal email address that you can easily access to come back in and edit or add to the form
- Nominations will be kept strictly confidential.
