Open Call for Youth Workers International Workshop (Austria)

CFPs: YOU(th) CARE - Collective Action for Justice and Change (Tunisia)

Deadline: 31-Jul-2025

The Wonderland has announced its Youth Workers International Workshop, designed to empower participants to shape the spaces they live in. This initiative is part of SPACE, an EU-funded project that reclaims public space as a place for learning, creativity, and inclusion—starting with young people from vulnerable communities.

Participants will receive full coverage for international training in the Netherlands. The program includes involvement in a collaborative project across six European countries, with the chance to network with fellow youth workers from across Europe. Full support will also be provided for each participant’s local placemaking project, along with a €300 compensation grant.

They are seeking three youth workers or emerging youth workers based in Austria. Selected individuals will take part in a three-day international training in the Netherlands in October 2025, two days of local training in Vienna, and a three-day placemaking activity with youth in Mistelbach in spring 2026.

To apply, candidates must send their CV and respond briefly to two questions: What does a good public space for youth look like? How can you successfully engage young people in a participation project?
