Under 3P4D, UNDP Kenya, in partnership with PEN Kenya, has established nine youth- and women-led networks across Kitui, Kilifi, Kwale, and Turkana counties. Each network has at least 15 member organizations, focusing on self-regulation and alignment with the Public Benefits Organizations Act.
