The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Algeria launches “An Innovation Challenge PHASE 2”.
Any offer submitted will be considered an offer by the Bidder and does not constitute or imply its acceptance by UNDP. UNDP is not required to award a contract to a bidder at the result of the present RFQ.
UNDP requires each potential supplier to avoid and prevent conflicts of interest, by disclosing whether you, or any of your affiliates or staff, were involved in the preparation of requirements, design, specifications , cost estimates and other information used in the present RFQ.
The bidders must avoid strictly the conflicts with other assignments or their own interests and do not take account of the work future. The bidders deemed in conflict of interest shall be disqualified.
Bidders must disclose in their bid their knowledge of the following: Whether owners, co-owners, officers, directors, majority shareholders, the bidding entity or key personnel who are family members of personnel the UNDP involved in procurement functions and / or the government of the country or partner executing receiving goods and / or the services in accordance to the present RFQ.
The eligibility of bidders that belong in whole or in part the Government is subject to evaluation and to review later by the UNDP to various factors such as recording, the operation and the management in both entity commercial independent , extent of government ownership or action, receipt of grants, mandate, and access to information regarding this RFQ, among others.
Conditions that can cause a benefit unduly by report to other bidders may result in the rejection potential of the submission.
Criteria
- A vendor who will be engaged by UNDP may not be suspended, expunged or otherwise identified as ineligible by any United Nations, the World Bank Group or any other international organization. Suppliers are therefore required to disclose to UNDP if they are subject to any sanction or temporary suspension imposed by these organizations. Failure to do so can result in the termination of a contract or PO subsequently issued to the seller by the UNDP.
- The tenderer must ensure that its employees, joint venture members, sub- contractors, suppliers of services, suppliers and / or their employees meet the criteria for eligibility established by the UNDP.
- Bidders must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract between the UNDP and to engage in the country, or by means of a representative authorized.
- The offer will be established in Algerian Dinars.
