The “Polish Infrastructure 2026” competition is an open call launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support infrastructure development for Polish communities and the Polish diaspora abroad. The program provides co-financing for renovation and development of community infrastructure used for cultural, educational, and heritage-related activities.

Applicants must demonstrate:
- Experience implementing at least 5 publicly funded diaspora projects (2024–2025)
- Management of at least PLN 100,000 in public funds in one of those years
- Proven track record in diaspora engagement activities
Ineligible Applicants
- Organizations that failed to meet previous reporting obligations
- Entities with outstanding financial liabilities to the state budget
- Organizations managed by individuals prohibited from handling public funds
Application Rules
- Each eligible organization may submit multiple proposals
- Projects must clearly demonstrate diaspora impact and infrastructure need
- Applications are evaluated by a committee appointed by the Director General of the Foreign Service
- Selected projects receive co-financing for implementation
