US: Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training Program – Health and Function

Deadline: 5-Dec-22

The Administration for Community Living has launched the applications for Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training (ARRT) Program – Health and Function.

The Administrator of the Administration for Community Living establishes a priority for the NIDILRR Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training (ARRT) program in the outcome domain of health and function. This outcome domain may include physical and/or psychological health and function. The purpose of the ARRT Program is to increase the capacity for high-quality rehabilitation research by supporting grants to institutions to provide advanced research training to individuals with doctorates or similar advanced degrees who have clinical or other relevant experience.

ARRT projects train rehabilitation researchers, including individuals with disabilities and other individuals underrepresented in the scientific workforce, with particular attention to research areas that support the implementation and objectives of the Rehabilitation Act and improve the effectiveness of services authorized under the Rehabilitation Act.
