Call for Proposals: Corporate Social Investment Projects in South Africa

Deadline: 28-Nov-2025

The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) is offering a valuable opportunity for organisations committed to making a positive impact in local communities.

Focused on uplifting historically disadvantaged individuals, the fund seeks to support initiatives that improve access to the property sector and address challenges faced by communities across Gauteng.

Funding through the GPF is capped at R100 000, including VAT, and is intended to support specific projects rather than operational costs, such as salaries or day-to-day running expenses. Political parties, labour unions, for-profit organisations, and individuals are not eligible to apply.

As part of its Corporate Social Investment programme, the GPF is inviting proposals from organisations working in areas such as education, youth empowerment, support for people living with disabilities, and women’s empowerment. In addition, projects that address urgent community needs, including disaster relief, humanitarian aid, welfare, charity initiatives, and organised faith-based programmes, are also welcome.

Eligible organisations must be registered as a Non-Profit Organisation, Non-Governmental Organisation, Public Benefit Organisation, Section 21 company, or Trust, and they must primarily serve previously disadvantaged communities. At least 75% of the beneficiaries should be black, in alignment with the BBBEE Charter, and organisations must be able to provide externally audited financial statements or reports to demonstrate accountability.

This initiative presents an opportunity for organisations to bring meaningful change to communities in Gauteng, supporting sustainable development and empowerment for those who need it most.
