The Social Impact Award is not just an award, but an educational program aimed at young people that can help them start their own social business.
Award Details
- Social Impact Award BiH will award 4 awards.
- Each of the prizes consists of: up to 2,000 KM for testing the idea, a mentoring program, a trip to the international SIA Summit (for one member, a member of the winning team).
Eligibility Criteria
- All young people aged 17 to 30 from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina can apply individually or as a team.
- Voting: After the application is over, the jury chooses 12 finalists who will go through incubation. Then, one winner will be chosen by the community through online voting, while a jury will vote on the remaining three award winners.
- Events: Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Bihać
- Other cities/municipalities/municipalities where Mozaik Foundation Youth Banks exist.
- They organize events for young people to promote social business and clarify what it means!
- They organize workshops for you to start your social businesses!
- The program is open to all ideas that have not yet been implemented, that is, they are in the early stages of development. If your idea was financed by any organization, fund or individual in the amount of more than 3,000 EUR before January 1, 2022, you will not be able to apply for the Social Impact Award 2023.
- Projects applied in the previous year (with the exception of winners) can be applied this year as well if they meet all other requirements.
- Winners of the Social Impact Award 2023 are required to intensively develop their idea, participate in a mentoring program and report to the Social Impact Award team on the progress of the idea’s development.
