Deadline: 10-Oct-2025
The Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund (RTYPF) is now welcoming applications from youth- and intergenerationally-led organizations working to create a future where technology supports equity, well-being, and justice.
This fund focuses on empowering young people who are most impacted by technology, recognizing that they are best positioned to shape solutions that matter for their generation and beyond.
RTYPF is particularly interested in supporting nonprofits that work at the intersection of youth leadership and responsible technology, covering pressing issues like mental health, artificial intelligence, and climate change. Whether tackling tech-related challenges in education, civic engagement, or digital safety, youth-driven initiatives are encouraged to bring forward bold, community-centered ideas.
What makes this funding opportunity stand out is its long-term vision. Many grants offer support for just a year, making it difficult for organizations to plan for sustainable impact. RTYPF takes a different approach. With this latest funding round, new grantees will receive one year of guaranteed support, with the opportunity to renew for up to two more years, depending on progress and available funding.
Eligible applicants must be led by individuals aged 30 or under or operate under intergenerational leadership. They must either be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity or have a fiscal sponsor with that status. Organizations selected can receive up to $75,000 in their first year of funding.
This grant offers not just financial backing, but a chance to join a broader movement where young leaders are at the center of building a more responsible tech future.
