YuWaah–UNICEF is seeking experienced organizations to skill and place 1,000–3,000 young women (ages 18–29) across Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Odisha into reputable, wage-compliant jobs by March 31, 2026. The partner must train women through YouthHub, support AI-based interview preparation, facilitate placements, and ensure social protection through e-PAN and e-Shram registration. Payments are quarterly, based strictly on successful placements, with no advance funding.
