Libya: 2022-2023 Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant

BFSS Grant Program to Support Charitable Organisations in the UK (Autumn 2023)

Deadline: 30-Jul-21

The U.S. Embassy Libya is pleased to announce the availability of Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) program for young educators to teach Arabic and study in the United States in academic year 2022-2023.

The FLTA program is a nine-month, non-degree experience for early career teachers.

Teachers of English language, American Studies, and American/English literature – as well as professionals in related fields – are encouraged to apply.

The Fulbright FLTA Program is sponsored by the United States Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA).

As part of the Fulbright Foreign Student Program, the Fulbright FLTA Program is designed to develop Americans’ knowledge of foreign cultures and languages by supporting teaching assistantships in over 30 languages at hundreds of U.S. institutions of higher education.
