Eligible organisations must:

Conduct direct conservation work on India’s natural habitats and threatened species by 31st March 2025

Demonstrate an average expenditure of at least INR 30 lakhs over the last three financial years

Hold a valid CSR-1 certificate, 12A registration, and 80G certificate, unless covered by Section 35(1)(ii)
