Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility has announced the call for applications for the Online Course on Leadership for Civil Society Organisations, developed and delivered with their partner’s Office for European Expertise and Communications.

The course will help you reach these goals by giving you access to:

Modules

The course is divided into four different compulsory modules and one optional module, taking you to step by step from having a better understanding of your individual leadership style to developing your negotiation skills and building trust.

Starting point: more self-awareness and a better understanding of your leadership style. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to access the DISC profile assessment tool. The DiSC assessment is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people’s behavioral differences. You will be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You’ll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.
