The U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda, is pleased to announce the 2023-2024 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, a one-year, fully-funded scholarship program offered to mid-career professionals working at the policy-level who have a record of leadership, a commitment to public service, and the initiative to take full advantage of a self-defined program of independent study at a leading American university.

The Humphrey Fellowship brings accomplished professionals from developing countries to the United States for a one-year mid-career program of non-degree study and related professional activities.  The program seeks to foster an exchange of knowledge and mutual understanding between Americans and professional counterparts from Rwanda.

N.B. TOEFL is not required at the time of the application. Successful candidates will receive funding to register for the test.
