Special Rapporteur seeking Applications for 3rd Human Rights Youth Challenge

The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is seeking applications for an 18-month fellowship program on “Strengthening Gender Equity and Intersectionality” in Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR).

The fellowship aims to build skills in research, networking and leadership for early career researchers working in the broad area of HPSR.

The fellowship is offered by the Ramalingaswami Centre on Equity and Social Determinants of Health (RCESDH), a Centre of Excellence under the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), in collaboration with the United Nations University – International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Grant Coverage

The fellowship is a competitive award that will cover the cost of fees for the course, partial living expenses, specified research costs, travel to the training program and planned field visits.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries

Citizens from SEARO countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, are eligible to apply.

Certification

Participants will receive a Certificate on successful completion of all components of the fellowship program.
