Call for Proposals for Investment Projects Focused on Agro-Processing in Northern Uganda

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking applications for its “Borlaug Fellowships”, offering training and collaborative research opportunities to scientists, researchers, and policymakers from 32 eligible countries.

The Borlaug Fellowship Program provides opportunities for short-term research projects to improve agricultural productivity, economic development, and food security.

Fellows will work one-on-one with a mentor at a U.S. university, research center, or government agency, usually for 8-12 weeks. The U.S. mentor will later visit the fellow’s home institution to continue collaboration.
