Deadline: 15-Aug-22

The Youth Empowerment in Climate Action Platform (YECAP) is inviting applications for a six-month comprehensive regional youth-led Fellowship Programme to train young leaders across Asia and the Pacific in meaningful youth engagement in climate action.

The fellowship will be included in modules on climate education, community engagement, mobilization and outreach in broader networks, and opportunities for the fellows to work together as a collective and a personal capstone project. This is an unpaid fellowship programme.

During the third Cohort, YECAP Fellowship Programme will provide a platform for 100 young people across the Asia Pacific to work with a diverse group of young climate activists and to contribute towards elevating their voices to advocate for climate action priorities and systematic change throughout the journey. Fellows will join the six-month fellowship in the following sectors – communication, coordination and specialist.
