The Denta Quest is seeking applications for its 2022 Health Equity Heroes Awards to nominate a health leader (individual or organization) in your community who is inspiring collective action to reach those with the greatest needs and the fewest resources.
The 8th annual Health Equity Hero awards celebrate forward-thinking individuals or organizations taking action to transform existing health systems and directly or indirectly improve health outcomes. DentaQuest will recognize the 2022 Health Equity Heroes on Health Equity Hero Day, on July 13.
Award Details
These heroes are re-imagining care (dental, medical, behavioral, integrated) to be more:
- accessible
- equitable
- inclusive
- relevant
- affordable
- useful to the people they serve
Award Information
- In addition to promoting the contributions of the 2022 Health Equity Heroes, DentaQuest is providing a $5,000 charitable contribution in the name of each finalist to a qualified nonprofit organization of their choice.
Eligibility Criteria
- They will also provide a charitable contribution in the name of each hero to a qualified nonprofit organization committed to promoting health equity.
